Quotient: Quotient Filed Misleading Proxy About Neptune Merger, Suit Says

Quotient Technology Inc. and its leadership misled investors about a proposed merger with the parent of Neptune Retail Solutions Inc., filing a proxy statement that left out key financial projections, analysis and background on the deal, a suit filed Monday says.
