Rainbow Foods: Richfield Rainbow closing; just one store left

Rainbow Foods, which had as many as 30 locations five years ago, will be down to a single location by the end of March. The Star Tribune reports on the closing of one of the final two Rainbow stores - Jerry's Enterprises said it will shut down the Richfield Rainbow store it owns on West 66th Street as of March 16.
