RainKing: In $100M-plus deal, Vancouver's DiscoverOrg buys its biggest competitor

Fast-growing business intelligence tool DiscoverOrg acquired its largest competitor in a deal valued at more than $100 million. Exact terms are not being disclosed but Vancouver-based DiscoverOrg bought Bethesda, Maryland-based RainKing in a cash deal, the company said this week.
