RCG Ventures: Just Sold: Wellington pays $15.3M for retail center

St. Paul-based Wellington Management, Inc. has bought its fourth east metro retail center, paying $15.3 million to acquire the 55,000-square-foot Oakdale Village from Atlanta-based RCG Ventures.
