RDA: RDA 4G RF PA module receives certification from Qualcomm

RDA Microelectronics, a provider of radio-frequency and mixed-signal chips in China, has announced that its 4G RF power amplifier module RPM6741-21 has received certification from Qualcomm. RDA said it is the sole local Phase-II PA provider receiving the recommendation.
