RDA: RDA Microelectronics looking to acquire S2-Tek, says paper

China-based RDA Microelectronics, a business unit under the Tsinghua Unigroup, reportedly plans to acquire Taiwan-based S2-Tek, a TV SoC joint venture set up by Sunplus Technology and Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS), according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
