ReadyChat: OutboundEngine Acquires ReadyChat

Austin-based online marketing software developer OutboundEngine announced this morning that it has acquired and integrated ReadyChat, a web-based live chat service for real estate and mortgage companies. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. OutboundEngine said it actually acquired OutboundEngine in December of 2015, but had kept the acquisition quiet until ReadyChat was integrated into its software. ReadyChat was based in Toronto, Canada.
