RecordLion: PE-backed Gimmal acquires RecordLion
Gimmal LLC has acquired St. Louis, Missouri-based RecordLion, an information governance and records management software company. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, Chris Caplinger has been hired as vice president of engineering for the the combined company. Gimmal is backed by Rubicon Technology Partners.
