Red Monkey Foods: PE-backed Red Monkey Foods snags financing from Avidbank Specialty Finance

Red Monkey Foods, which is backed by San Francisco Equity Partners, has secured an acquisition term loan and a working capital line of credit from Avidbank Specialty Finance. No financial terms were disclosed. The capital is to support RMF's growth as well as its acquisition of San Francisco Salt Company, a provider of specialty bath and gourmet salts. Based in Springfield, Missouri, RMF is a provider of private label organic spices, seasonings and other natural dry food products.
