London, July 28, 2014 -- ReD, a leading global provider of fraud prevention and payment services, today announced that Ronan Le Mestre, Head of Risk EMEA at ReD, has been re-appointed to the European Advisory Board (EAB) of the Merchant Risk Council (MRC) for another two-year term.
