RedKap Sales: Petroleum distribution company buys Schenectady property for $200,000

Red-Kap Sales Inc., a Schenectady, New York, petroleum distributor and convenience store/car wash operator, has purchased a plot of land from the city of Schenectady for $200,000. The city council approved last night the sale of the 1.3-acre property near the corner of Erie Boulevard and Seneca Street, according to a press release from Mayor Gary McCarthy's office.
