Reeher: Tech company Reeher sold to Blackbaud for $43 million

Growing tech company Reeher has been sold to Blackbaud, a maker of nonprofit-management software, for $43 million, the companies announced Tuesday. St. Paul-based Reeher makes software that uses predictive modelling to help colleges and universities identify likely donors.
