RESOURCE has added Steve Shockley as director of valuation services. He leads the effort for the newly-created arm of the agency's Commercial Real Estate, which includes appraisal, appraisal review, consulting, research and building our in-house comparable database. Shockley has worked in a number of smaller appraisal firms, beginning in 2005 when he first got into real estate while living in Louisville, Kentucky.
