Patrick Gottsch, founder of Rural Media Group, Inc., the parent company of RFD-TV has died. He was 70.Gottsch, an Elkhorn, Nebraska native, understood the important role of rural America. He worked as a commodity broker on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1977 to 1982. He also worked for Superior Livestock Auction, which was the first auction to introduce satellite video marketing for the livestock industry, it has since grown to become the largest livestock auction enterprise in the U.S....
