RHW: Sneak preview: New Hyatt Place and conference center opening in Lenexa [PHOTOS]

The Hyatt Place Kansas City/Lenexa City Center is scheduled to open April 15. Developed by Overland Park-based RHW Hotels Inc., the facility includes 127 guest rooms and the Lenexa Conference Center, which includes a 6,900-square-foot ballroom that can seat up to 400. Other site amenities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, 24/7 business center and a gallery, where guests can purchase snacks, meals and alcoholic beverages, including some from Kansas City-area breweries and distilleries....
