River Metals Recycling: A publicly traded company in Louisville being sold in $23 million deal

Louisville-based Industrial Services of America, a metals recycling business, has agreed to sell substantially all of its assets to River Metals Recycling LLC. The purchase price is $23.3 million, less certain payoff amounts, such as taxes and leases according to a news release. That total is also subject to a net working capital adjustment.
