RMS: HCI Equity Partners-Backed Tech24 Acquires RMS Mechanical Services

Tech24, backed by HCI Equity Partners, announced today it acquired RMS Mechanical Services, based in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, on December 3, 2021. Tech24 is a national provider of repair and maintenance services for food service and commercial HVAC equipment. RMS is Tech24's seventh add-on acquisition in the highly fragmented foodservice repair and maintenance market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
