Hollywood-based Heico Corp. says it plans to buy an Arizona manufacturer for $255 million. The all-cash deal to buy Tempe-based Robertson Fuel Systems is expected to close within 60 days, pending regulatory review, the company said Monday. Robertson makes auxiliary fuel systems for military aircraft, including the AH-64 Apache, CH-47 Chinook and UH-60 Black Hawk.
