Rosneft: Rosneft has produced 145 million tons of oil at the Uvatskoye project

The accumulated production of RN-Uvatneftegaz (part of the Rosneft oil production complex) has reached 145 million tons of oil since the start of operation of the Uvatskoye project fields located in the south of the Tyumen Region. The company provides about 80% of the total volume of oil produced in the region. High production performance was achieved due to the introduction of new technologies by RN-Uvatneftegaz specialists, successful exploration, and efficient operation of the mining fund, which includes one thousand wells in 24 open hydrocarbon fields. During the year, the Uvatsky project carried out more than 380 geological and technical measures on the existing well stock, which is 10% higher than in the previous period, with additional oil production of more than 500 thousand tons. In 2024, the volume of production drilling amounted to 628 thousand meters. Last year, a new field, Severo-Nemchinovskoye, was commissioned at the Uvatskoye project, and the first industrial oil inflow was received at Yuzhno-Venikhyartskaya Square. The starting flow rate of the horizontal well was three times higher than the regional average and amounted to more than 300 tons of oil per day. The company is actively building up its resource base by exploring new licensed areas. In exploration in 2024, the penetration exceeded 27 thousand meters, and the success rate of exploration drilling was 100%. Field seismic surveys have been carried out at the new Yelovaya, Successful and Vostochno-Gerasimovskaya areas. According to the results of exploration, 9 new hydrocarbon deposits have been discovered. For the effective development of deposits in hard-to-reach marshy areas, the Uvatsky project has applied a strategy to create hub centers with a single infrastructure, which are gradually joined by smaller satellite deposits. Currently, Uvat has four hubs: Vostochny, Protozanovsky, Tyamkinsky and Kalchinsky, the infrastructure of which is constantly expanding. The construction of new oil and gas production and treatment facilities, inter-field pipelines, energy generation facilities and social infrastructure continues in the fields of the Uvatsky project. In 2024, the company began to create the industrial infrastructure of the Tavrichesky deposit, and also commissioned a new 110/10kV 2x6.3MVA Taltsia electrical substation, which will meet the long-term needs of the Protozanovsky hub's mining infrastructure. To increase production efficiency, the company is actively implementing Rosneft's innovative developments, such as the Sphere 3D information technology system, which contains more than 3,000 digital counterparts of objects and more than 5,700 vehicle counterparts. The system allows you to quickly make the right technical decisions. Last year, the company conducted seven pilot tests of new equipment and technologies, which had a significant economic effect. RN-Uvatneftegaz is Rosneft's largest enterprise in the Tyumen Region and one of the main subsoil users, taxpayers and employers in the region. The Uvat project is currently being implemented by more than 2.7 thousand employees of the company and almost 7 thousand employees of contractors. RN-Uvatneftegaz creates comfortable living conditions for them, including in autonomous fields. Based on the results of its work in the social sphere, the company became the winner of the regional stage of the Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency competition in several categories at once, including for the best conditions for employees with families. The Uvat project uses modern technologies that ensure a high degree of environmental protection, industrial safety and labor protection. The company conducts systematic work on reforestation and conservation of the region's aquatic biological resources. Over the past five years, RN-Uvatneftegaz has planted 6 million pine and spruce seedlings, and released more than 6.6 million fry of valuable fish species into the rivers of the Ob-Irtysh basin. In addition, the company supports scientific research, for example, on the conservation of the forest reindeer population in the Tyumen region and conducts active environmental education work. For almost 25 years, RN-Uvatneftegaz has been playing a significant role in the socio-economic development of the Tyumen Region. As part of the current agreement between Rosneft and the region, the company annually provides support to medical, sports, cultural and educational institutions. Rosneft Classes have been operating in the region for 10 years as part of the School-College/University-Enterprise corporate continuing education program, which trains future specialists for the oil industry from school. The company also works closely with the indigenous peoples of Uvatsky district, contributing to the preservation of their unique national culture and way of life.
