Rowmark: Windjammer buys Rowmark from Bertram

Windjammer has acquired Findlay, Ohio-based Rowmark LLC, a maker of extruded plastic sheet and accessories for the engraving, signage and awards markets. The seller was Bertram Capital. No financial terms were disclosed.
