It is in the process of having one more outlet in Delhi shortly, top company officials said."We are certainly looking at expanding through QSR model, but not as a Royal China outlet. Yes. I definitely am interested in looking at the QSR option! Because it's an easy, faster and quicker returns model," said Aashita Relan, director, Royal China.Royal China, which promises to offer a perfect dining experience to make your meal special - from the freshest and the most delicious fare to an ambiance with an un-fussy rustic charm that would make you not want to leave, specializes in traditional Cantonese cuisines including crispy aromatic duck with pancakes, prawn chung fun, seaweed, black bean chicken, just to name a few. Our motto is to serve authentic Chinese food but we are also keeping in mind the constantly evolving and emerging trends and taste from around the world prepared by our foreign chefs. We always strive to create a destination restaurant where we take great pride in ensuring that all the ingredients that we use are extremely fresh and authentic imported from China," she said.As part of its marketing and brand positioning strategy, Royal China has also come up with innovative platters like 'Summer Health Menu', 'Business Bento Box', 'Unlimited Dimsum Menu', 'Children's Menu' and 'Kitty Party Menu' for Ladies.Relan said, "As we go on an expansion mode, our strategy and philosophy remain the same-- amalgamating mouth watering dishes, creative cocktails and fantastic deals for individuals, couples, families and groups."ritwikmukherjee@mydigitalfc.comColumnist: Ritwik MukherjeeRoyal China gets into quick service business
