RPI: Seattle firm acquires Rochester printers

Rochester digital printer ColorCentric Corp. and digital print automation company prInternet Inc. have been acquired by Seattle firm Reischling Press Inc. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The two Rochester companies, as well as Picaboo.com, were part of the sale of assets of SoftPrint Holdings, a company founded in 2010 by John Lacagnina. ...
