RSC: Canadian company buys Refrigeration Sales Corp. of Valley View

Refrigeration Sales, a wholesale distributor of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, has been acquired by The Master Group, a private equity-owned HVAC-R company from Canada that is making a push into the United States.
