RTI: Bucks restaurant tech company acquires another based in Georgia

A Bucks County-based restaurant technology company has filed another one based in Atlanta. Doylestown-based Sicom Systems Inc., a provider of end-to-end solutions for quick-service and fast-casual restaurant, has acquired RTI, a Marietta, Ga.-based technology provider for QSR and fast-casual restaurants, Sicom announced Thursday.
