Runzheimer: Waterford vehicle management company Runzheimer purchased, merged with Boston firm

Runzheimer, a vehicle management company based in Waterford in western Racine County, has been purchased by a Chicago investment firm and merged with a similar Boston-based company. Thoma Bravo, a private equity investment firm that also has offices in San Francisco, has acquired Runzheimer for an undisclosed amount and will combine it with the recently acquired firm, Motus.
