Carl Buddig & Company, a family-owned producer of branded lunchmeats and sausage products, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CBQ, LLC, has acquired the assets of Rupari Food Services, South Holland, Illinois. Prior to the sale, Rupari Food Services was a leading producer of branded and private label, restaurant-quality barbecued meats, ribs and heat-and-serve offerings.
