Cott Corp. is giving up coffee for water. Cott announced Friday it will sell its subsidiary, Concord-based S&D Coffee and Tea, to Westrock Coffee Co. LLC for $405 million. S&D is a provider of custom coffee roasting and the largest blender of iced teas for food service and convenience stores in the U.S., its website claims.
