Safe Fuel Systems: MPE recaps Safe Fuel Systems, merges it with B&E's MRO unit

MPE Partners has recapitalized Hialeah, Florida-based Safe Fuel Systems, Inc, a FAA/EASA-certified component repair station that maintains, inspects and repairs aircraft components. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, MPE has merged SFS with portfolio company B&E Group's MRO business unit. The newly combined company will operate under the name SAFE Aviation Solutions and served as a repair shop for airframe and engine fuel components.
