Salata is opening a new location in South End, which will be the 3rd one in Charlotte and the 97th location nationwide. Salata offers customizable salads, wraps, soups and more. Salata offers built-to-order salads with five salad bases, over 50 toppings and 11 house-made, gluten-free dressings.
