One of the biggest challenges today's B2B marketers face is generating sales qualified leads (SQLs). After all, what's the point of creating and promoting all that content and spending all that time on social media if you're not effectively reaching the people most likely to buy from your business?While marketers might not have such a hard a time generating a large volume of leads (quantity), they are having an increasingly tough time attracting leads that convert into sales opportunities and eventually into customers (quality). In fact, in the 2016 Demand Generation Benchmark Report, 83% of respondents said that lead quality vs. quantity was a top demand generation priority-which is a 10% jump from last year's report.
