We have updated our reporting feature to help all you business owners/managers utilise the system more effectively. All the report icons have moved to the left hand side and now have a more user friendly approach to selecting the information you require.We constantly listen to our clients and there have been many requests for reports on outstanding gift cards or vouchers. They wanted to see a list of gift cards or vouchers that have yet to be redeemed and the amounts, so we added this new report under the heading Transactions.Another request we had was duplicate client details on their database that can lead to multiple SMS text messages being sent to the same number which had an impact on costs and was distressing the client. We added a new report that highlights all the duplicate details in the client database showing the names and contact numbers so that they can be merged together into a single client record. You can also see this feature in the Client Management section, if you go to the filter button and click on show possible duplicates it will show all clients with the same phone number. We have improved the way the merge feature works so that you can choose the information you wish to keep or dismiss from the client list. To keep information on client A you leave keep A or if you want the details of client B then click on the keep A button and this will changed to Keep B.
