Saltgrass: Landry's opens new KC-area steakhouse in the Northland

Landry's Inc., a Houston-based restaurant and hospitality giant, has opened the first Kansas City-area Saltgrass Steak House location in the Liberty Commons shopping center near Interstate 35 and Missouri Highway 152. The restaurant opened Tuesday inside a new 7,500-square-foot standalone building at 133 S. Stewart Road.
