Saltgrass: Texas steakhouse opens second Alabama location in Hoover

A second Saltgrass Steak House has opened in the metro area in as many months. Saltgrass opened its second location in Alabama today at 2943 John Hawkins Parkway in Hoover. Southern Legacy BBQ & Brew, which permanently closed, was previously in the site. Its first Alabama restaurant opened in September along U.S. 280 in the former Tilted Kilt location at Perimeter Park.
