San Antonio River Authority: San Antonio River Authority board elects new chairman

The San Antonio River Authority's board of directors elected Wilson County resident Darrell Brownlow as its next chairman. He replaces Michael Lackey from Bexar County District 3, who will continue on the board as vice chairman. Brownlow will be chairman from June 1 through 2019.
