Sapa: Hydro to acquire full ownership of Sapa
Norway-based aluminum and energy producer Hydro has agreed with conglomerate Orkla ASA, also based in Norway, to acquire Orkla’s 50 percent interest in aluminum extrusion firm Sapa Group.
