Sartorius: Sartorius to acquire microtissue business MatTek from Swedish BICO AB

The life science group Sartorius has agreed to acquire MatTek Corp, including Visikol Inc, from BICO Group AB. MatTek is a leading developer and manufacturer of 3D microtissue models.
