Savers Value Village, the discount store chain, will locate in Rancho Cucamonga. The Bellevue, Wash-based company has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 23,500 square feet at 9640 Baseline Road, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
