Schenck SC: Wisconsin's Schenck SC becoming part of eighth-largest accounting firm in U.S.

Schenck SC, one of the largest accounting and consulting firms in Wisconsin, is joining national firm CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, or CLA. Terms of the deal revealed Monday were not disclosed. Schenck, based in Appleton and with more than 600 employees in the state, will officially join with CLA, the eighth-largest certified public accounting firm in the U.S., on Jan. 1, creating a more than $1 billion company in terms of projected revenue.
