Doosan Bobcat Inc., a part of the Doosan Group which represents Bobcat compact equipment, has agreed to buy North Dakota-based BOB-CAT Mowers and two ground care equipment brands from Schiller Grounds Care Inc. in a deal that includes a plant in Johnson Creek.
