Local financial advisers Thomas and Bradley Schmidt have left Wells Fargo Advisors to join Stifel Nicolaus & Co. The Schmidts, who form the Chesterfield-based Schmidt Financial Group, were responsible for $140 million in client assets at Wells Fargo Advisors, Reuters reports. They are now joining the private client group of Stifel Nicolaus. Thomas Schmidt has more than 30 years experience in the financial industry, and Bradley Schmidt has more than five years of experience, the news service reports.
