Matt has experience in all aspects of international tax, including cross-border structuring and tax due diligence, foreign expansion assistance, foreign tax credit planning and international tax compliance. Previously, he served as Managing Director of International Tax for a global firm. At Schneider Downs, Matt will assist clients with international tax issues, including foreign and domestic tax considerations associated with global business operations.
