Schryver Medical: PE-backed Schryver Medical Sales buys two companies

Schryver Medical Sales and Marketing LLC, a portfolio company of Revelstoke Capital Partners, has acquired Community Portable X-Ray Inc. and MetroStat Clinical Laboratory Inc. / MetroStat Diagnostic Services Inc. Financial terms weren't announced. Community Portable X‐Ray, of Plano, Texas, provides mobile x-ray and EKG exams to long-term health care facilities, home care, psychiatric hospitals, industrial sites, dialysis centers and athletic teams. Garland, Texas-based MetroStat offers clinical laboratory services, mobile X‐ray, and other mobile imaging services in the state of Texas. Perkins Coie LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP were lawyers for Schryver.
