Atlas Technical Consultants ("Atlas") has acquired SCST, Inc ("SCST") – a provider of environmental science, geotechnical, geophysics, special inspection & materials testing, facilities consulting, and telecom & utilities services. The acquisition marks the second since September 2018 for Atlas, a leading provider of infrastructure project delivery services across the United States.
