Press Release: Seaco : SEACO REMEMBERS ITS PIONEERING FOUNDER WHO SADLY PASSED AWAY

It is with sadness we announce the passing of James B (Jim) Sherwood, who founded Sea Containers, which ultimately became Seaco today. Many of us remember working with Jim and are proud that this remarkable man is recognised as one of the very first pioneers of the container leasing industry in which we work today. Unquestionably Jim was a man of Vision and was passionate about innovation and leadership. Fifty-five years after he founded Sea Containers those values live on at Seaco. We extend our sympathies to Jim’s wife Shirley and the family.
