Simply log in to the Second Life Mobile app each day, navigate to the "Upcoming Events" section, and teleport to any event listed there. Or you can teleport to any of the Featured Events listed in the Destination Guide. You don't need to stay for the entire event, but make sure to drop in! Week Three Challenge: Attend one event daily. Choose your event through the Mobile app by navigating to "Upcoming Events" in the mobile lobby or "Featured Events" in the Destination Guide. Each visit counts as one entry per day into the draw for a March Millions MegaWheel Ticket. Remember, the more days you participate, the higher your chances of winning! MARCH MOBILE MILLIONS PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY The March Mobile Millions Promotion (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM PT on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 31, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). SPONSOR Linden Research, Inc., 945 Battery Street, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA (the "Sponsor"). 1. ELIGIBILITY The Promotion is open worldwide to legal residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are legally permitted. Entrants must: Be at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Have an active Second Life account and log in daily to complete each week's challenge via the Second Life Mobile app during the Promotion Period. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, the "Released Parties"), along with their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) and household members, are not eligible. Scripted agents and/or "bot" accounts are not eligible. Geographic Restrictions Due to local regulations and/or restrictions, the Promotion is not open to residents of the following countries: Belgium, Italy, Brazil, Poland, Russia, India, China, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and any country under U.S. embargoes or trade sanctions. If a winner is selected from a country where legal restrictions apply, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate recipient. 2. HOW TO ENTER Participants are automatically entered into the Promotion each day they log in to Second Life using the Second Life Mobile app during the Promotion Period. Each day, one (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a March MegaWheel Ticket. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit: One (1) entry per person per day. 3. RANDOM DRAWING & WINNER SELECTION One (1) winner will be randomly selected each day during the Promotion Period, for a total of up to thirty-one (31) winners. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible mobile app daily logins. Winners will be notified in-world and granted a VIP Ticket to participate in the exclusive Spin & Win Event. 4. PRIZES & PRIZE DISTRIBUTION Each selected winner will receive a March MegaWheel Ticket, granting access to a secret inworld location where they will participate in a Spin & Win Event. The MegaWheel has 48 wedges with the following prize distribution: L$10,000 (15 slots) - approx. $40 USD L$20,000 (12 slots) - approx. $80 USD L$50,000 (10 slots) - approx. $200 USD L$100,000 (5 slots) - approx. $400 USD L$200,000 (3 slots) - approx. $800 USD L$300,000 (2 slots) - approx. $1,200 USD L$1,000,000 (1 slot) - approx. $4,000 USD Total theoretical giveaway: L$31,000,000, though the actual amount awarded will vary based on spin outcomes. Taxes, Duties & Fees: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees. U.S. winners receiving prizes valued over $600 USD must submit a Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099-MISC. Non-U.S. winners must submit a W-8BEN. 5. WINNER NOTIFICATION Potential winners will be notified in-world within 48 hours of selection. Winners must claim their prize by attending a scheduled Spin & Win Event. Failure to claim the prize may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS By participating, entrants agree that: Sponsor has the right to use winners' Second Life usernames, country of residence, and avatar likeness for promotional purposes (unless prohibited by law). Sponsor is not liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize. If the Promotion is disrupted due to fraud, technical failures, or external interference, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at its discretion. 7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Except where prohibited by law, all disputes shall be resolved as follows: Winning entrants agree to attempt informal resolution with Sponsor. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, with arbitration taking place in San Francisco, California, USA. Winning entrants outside the U.S. may alternatively pursue local consumer dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable. 8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION Entrants' personal data will be collected solely for the administration of the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU entrants). 9. WINNERS LIST To request a list of winners (available after April 15, 2025), send an email to editor@lindenlab.com with "March Mobile Millions WINNER" in the subject line. Winners will have the option of sharing their Second Life username in the winners list (instead of their real name).
