Seda North America is planning a $24.5 million expansion in Mount Pleasant that could receive village financial support. The packaging company opened its Mount Pleasant facility in 2011 and since then has outgrown the space, according to a village report. The company is proposing a 125,902-square-foot addition to its building on Glove and International drives.
