After spending the bulk of the fall months reviewing the project, Seneca Gaming Corp. is expected to begin a $40 million expansion of Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino later this month. The project will see the size of the casino increase by more than 42 percent. Plans call for a 28,500-square-foot addition that when completed in 2017 will increase the footprint of the South Park Avenue casino to 95,500-square-feet.
