Seneca Gaming Corp. has announced a leadership change at its Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino, naming Joanne Israel as general manager. Israel joined the company's finance department in 2011 and has served in a number of roles, most recently as director of finance operations. She becomes the next woman in senior management, following Audrey Oswell, who took over as president & CEO at Seneca Gaming after the 2015 dismissal of Catherine Walker, who served in the position since 2008.
