Recently, I was having some maintenance done to my truck. The mechanic was telling me the various things that I needed to have done, but he wasn't doing a very good job of simplifying it in a way that I could understand. After all, I'm not a mechanic. I couldn't help but get a little frustrated at not being able to understand the situation and I began to think about our customers and if they have ever felt this feeling about their remediation projects.
