Vertex announced recently that Sharyland Utilities decided to implement the VertexOne customer experience platform. The solution will be integrated with SAP Business Suite 4 HANA. According to Vertex, Sharyland becomes the 17th utility to use VertexOne and the first to integrate it with the aforementioned SAP solution.
